Unit 118 in Wagons West is available to rent for the months of February, March and April, 2024. The rental cost is $1000 per month plus utilities. The unit is fully furnished with a queen size bed, a hide-a-bed, recliner, and all kitchen necessities.
Wagons West is a snowbird community with excellent amenities. The complex is gated and includes, a swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, pickle ball courts and shuffleboard. The community is very friendly and helpful and there are numerous inside and outside activities that renters can participate in.
The unit is available for rent with preference given to people who want to rent for an entire month, although other rental requests will be considered.
