General Information for Rental of Park-Owned RV Sites

• Renters must be 55+ years old.

• Wagons West is a pet-free park.

• RV site rental sites are only available from October through April.

• Only self-contained RV's are allowed, no tent trailers or campers.

• Contact Us in the office by phone during open hours or by email to check availability or reserve a rental site.

Rate Information for all Park-Owned RV Sites

• Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Rates include State RV Transit Lodging Tax, County RV Surcharge and City Tax, where applicable.

• Rates include water, sewer and electric.

• Add $1.00 per person per day for more than 2 guests.

• A $50.00 security deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The security deposit is non-refundable, but will be applied to the RV site rental.
