• Members must be 55+ years old.

• Wagons West is a pet-free park.

• Wagons West is primarily for seasonal residency (i.e., "snowbirds").

• Prior to sale, prospective members are subject to background and credit checks, two interviews and a fully executed Cooperative Agreement.
