General Information for Rental of Member-Owned Units and Spaces

• For additional information on units or spaces for rent, contact the listed agent only, not the Wagons West office.

• Renters must be 55+ years old.

• Wagons West is a pet-free park.

• Units and spaces are only available for rent from October through April.

• Owners must submit a Renter Information form to the Wagons West office prior to occupancy.

• Owners must pay the Wagons West office a $20.00 registration fee per rental to defray processing costs.
