Wagons West is a seasonal, gated community of 55+ "active adults" located in NW Tucson. The park, founded in 1982, offers first-class amenities, activities and nearby access to shopping and recreation. Wagons West features co-op property ownership with a governing board of directors, and active, participating residents that maximize livability and minimize costs. We also have park-owned RV Sites for Rent, as well as member-owned Units and Spaces for Sale and for Rent. Everyone contributes by organizing and/or helping with activities and events where they have interests or particular abilities.
