Unit 57 in Wagons West is available for rent from January to the end of March 2024. The rental cost is $900 per month plus utilities. The unit is fully furnished with a queen size bed, a hide-a-bed, recliner, and all kitchen necessities.
Wagons West is a snowbird community with excellent amenities. The complex is gated and includes, a swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, pickle ball courts and shuffleboard. The community is very friendly and helpful and there are numerous inside and outside activities that renters can participate in.
The unit is available for rent with preference given to people who want to rent for two or three months, although other rental requests will be considered.
